Debby S. Bitticks, CEO of Delphi Health Products, Inc. and her daughter Lynn Benson, President, are co-creators of the BioBinder™ line of innovative organizers geared towards promoting organizing for a better quality of life.

• Debby S. Bitticks
  As CEO of several companies, Debby has had extensive experience in the world of business and was presented with The Blue Chip Enterprise Award given by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company. Employing hundreds of people, she has operated numerous child care centers, developed elder day care programs, and created intergenerational curriculum. Debby also co-authored "The Elder Care Review: A guide for Quality Control", and spoke at the annual meeting of The National Council on the Aging in Washington D.C. Additionally she has co-authored the BioBinder series which to date comprises Cherished Memories - The Story of My Life, Time Efficiency Makeover, and a three volume Senior Organizer set. Both Time Efficiency Makeover and The Senior Organizer have been published in paperback by Health Communications Inc. Debby has also co-authored a book in the "Life Lessons" series with Chicken Soup for the Soul authors, Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen. "Life Lessons and Organizing Tips for Busy Moms" is scheduled for distribution by HCI to major bookstores by January 2007. Debby has appeared on CBS Morning News, ABC, NBC, FOX, QVC, CNN Financial News and the Dr. Phil Show as well as other cable shows, and has given numerous national radio interviews. Debby is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), the National Council on the Aging (NCOA) and sits as a board member of Vital Options International, a cancer communications, support and advocacy organization.

• Lynn Benson
  Lynn holds a Master's Degree in Social Work, with an emphasis on older adult studies and was honored by her University with an "Outstanding Achievement Award". Her career began in the child care industry where she oversaw the operations of numerous day care centers and participated in the development of Intergenerational Day Care Programs for seniors. Lynn helped to launch and maintain the curriculum at numerous centers where she utilized much of her experience to serve the senior community. Also, as a social worker, Lynn spent countless hours gathering basic information from seniors to complete assessments and provide case management. She then realized how important it is for everyone to have accurate up-to-date personal records at hand. In co-authoring the BioBinder series, she has endeavored to create products that are well organized, easy-to-use, and enhance one's quality of life. Lynn has co-authored Cherished Memories - The Story of My Life, The Senior Organizer and is currently working with the Chicken Soup for the Soul authors, Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen, on their upcoming "Life Lessons and Organizing Tips for Busy Moms".

Both Debby and Lynn have had personal caregiving experience with their loved ones, and Debby was an active caregiver in her home for her father and father-in-law until 2005. This mother and daughter team feel passionately about their creation of the BioBinder organizing products and see it as a wonderful opportunity to better the lives of people of all ages, as well as their elderly loved ones.
